WORKOUT DETAILS

Warm up for 20 minutes

  • 1-2 x 10 minutes at 10K pace, 2 minutes easy recovery pace

  • 3-5 x 5 minutes at 5K pace, 1 minute easy recovery pace

  • 10 x 1 minute hard; 1 minute easy recovery pace

Cool down
