5:30 PM: Meet at Spring Creek

Note: For anyone who ran a long run of 18 or more miles, or 3 or more hours, do a recovery run instead of the above workout.

Berlin Marathon: 6 miles at MGP
Baltimore, MCM, and M2M Marathons: 4 miles at MGP
Chicago, Portland, St. George Marathons: 4 - 6 miles at MGP
Erie Marathon: 8 miles at MGP
Portland Half Marathon: 4 - 6 miles at HMGP
Wassau / Santa Rosa Marathon: 10 miles at MGP
