Half and Full Marathon Training

ALL PACE LEVELS
To start our distance training, we recommend being able to run the following distances comfortably:
Half Marathon: 3-5 miles
Full Marathon: 5-10 miles

To prepare for a half or full marathon, you will train with coach Gilbert and his team to gain a broad understanding of distance training philosophy, race strategy, nutrition and more to finish your race with confidence and strength. You will receive a personalized training schedule specific to your race date, goal and fitness level. 

Duration: Half Marathon 16 weeks; Full Marathon 18-20 weeks
Includes: Two weekday workouts and the Saturday long run. Three optional Core/Strength classes available each week.

Downtown at Gazelles HQ (Inside The Loop)
M/W  5:30am or 7:00am
T/TH  5:30am*, 7:00am, 8:15am or 5:30pm
*Faster Paces

Far West (Outside Ready to Run)
M/W  5:30am

Saturday Long Runs  5:45am at Gazelles HQ (Inside The Loop)

Terms of Membership: This membership ends on your race date. Due to staggered race dates, some memberships may be extended by 1-2 weeks to cover training through race day. You will be notified of any added membership time. NO REFUNDS after the start date. Please read our Fees and Cancellation Policy before your register.
