Half and Full Marathon Gazelles

Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

To prepare for a half or full marathon, you will train with coach Gilbert and his team to gain a broad understanding of distance training philosophy, race strategy, nutrition and more to finish your race with confidence and strength. You will receive a personalized training schedule specific to your race date, goal and fitness level. 

Your training package includes two weekday workouts and a Saturday long run. Your distances and intensity will be personalized to your fitness level. Workouts will include hills, circuit training, core training, intervals, tempos, fartlek, pace and long runs.

Downtown at Gazelles HQ (Inside The Loop)
M/W  5:30am or 7:00am
T/TH  5:30am*, 7:00am, or 5:30pm (8:15am - September through May)

M/W  5:30am

SAT LONG RUNS  5:45am at Gazelles HQ (Inside The Loop)

Duration: 16-20 weeks (depends on race date and distance)

One-Time Payment: $300

Terms of Membership: This membership ends on your race date. Due to staggered race dates, some memberships may be extended by 1-2 weeks to cover training through race day.
