5:45 am @ FAR WEST: Meet at Ready to Run to start the workout.
WORKOUT DETAILS
2 Mile warm up, then 3-4 miles progressive
For shorter distances, head out in the reverse direction of the route, along the bikeway, up to LAB and Expo. Turn around at your half way mark and return to HQ.
