WORKOUT DETAILS
2 Mile warm up, then 3-8 miles progressive
Go across the Lamar footbridge to Lee Barton Dr (by the Pitch n’ Putt) to Barton Springs. Right on Barton Springs down to Azie Morton. Azie Morton up to Rabb, then follow your map from there for the total distance you plan to run.
10 miles. Note this is a little long so you can cool down for a half mile after your watch beeps.
For shorter distances, use your watch to turn around at your half way point
