5:45 am: Meet at Ready to Run to start the workout.
WORKOUT DETAILS
2 miles warmup, then 2-5 miles progressive
Go over the pedestrian bridge to Lee Barton Dr (by the golf course). Turn right on to Barton Springs Road down to Azie Morton. Left on Azie Morton to Barton Hills. Right on Barton Hills all the way out and back down to Azie Morton and home.
For shorter distances, use your watch to turn around at your half way point.
