3.18 Miles: Your map is here. Head to bike trail north side of Cesar Chavez and curl under Cesar Chavez, then around Austin High track to Mopac. Continue past the water stop up Veterans to LA Blvd. Turn around at LA Blvd, and return Veterans around Austin High track, under Cesar Chavez, and bike path back to HQ.
4 Miles: Your map is here. Head to bike trail north side of Cesar Chavez and curl under Cesar Chavez, then around Austin High track to Mopac. Continue past the water stop up Veterans to LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Exposition. Turn around at Exposition, and return LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans around Austin High track, under Cesar Chavez, and bike path back to HQ.
5.3 Miles: Your map is here. Head to bike trail north side of Cesar Chavez and curl under Cesar Chavez, then around Austin High track to Mopac. Continue past the water stop up Veterans to LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Exposition. Right on Expo up to Enfield. Turn around at Enfield, and return down Exposition all the way to LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans around Austin High track, under Cesar Chavez, and bike path back to HQ.
6 Miles: Your map is here. Head to bike trail north side of Cesar Chavez and curl under Cesar Chavez, then around Austin High track to Mopac. Continue past the water stop up Veterans to LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Exposition. Right on Expo up to Bridle Path. Right on Bridle Path to just after Elton Lane. When your watch beeps 3 miles, turn around and return to Exposition, then go left down Exposition all the way to LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans around Austin High track, under Cesar Chavez, and bike path back to HQ.
7 Miles: Your map is here. Head to bike trail north side of Cesar Chavez and curl under Cesar Chavez, then around Austin High track to Mopac. Continue past the water stop up Veterans to LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Exposition. Right on Expo up to Bridle Path. Right on Bridle Path around to Sharon Lane all the way to Windsor. Turn around at Windsor and return to Exposition, then go left down Exposition all the way to LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans around Austin High track, under Cesar Chavez, and bike path back to HQ.

Point-to-Point
18 Miles: Your map is here. Start at the Big Lots parking lot, head down Jolleyville all the way to Great Hills Trail. Left on Great Hills over to Stonelake Blvd. Right on Stonelake to Capital of Texas Hwy. Go right on Capital of Texas, cross the bridge over 183, then take the left that leads along the frontage road. Take your first right back up to Jolleyville Rd. Go left on Jolleyville, down to Mesa, where you will turn right. Take Mesa down just past Anderson HS to Steck. Go left on Steck and take it over to Shoal Creek Blvd, where you will go right. Take Shoal Creek down to Foster, right on Foster over to Great Northern, then Great Northern all the way down to White Rock. Go left on White Rock back over to Shoal Creek, where you turn right and take Shoal Creek to Hancock. Right on Hancock to Bull Creek. Left on Bull Creek down to Jefferson. Right on Jefferson to Westover, go right, down under Mopac, left on Bland, Left on Margranita over to Dormarion. Left on Dormarion to Indian Trail, Sharon, around to Bridle Path and back to Exposition. Left on Exposition down to LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans. Cross over to the south side of the trail and follow it around back to HQ.
20 Miles: Your map is here. Start at the Big Lots parking lot, head down Jolleyville all the way to Great Hills Trail. Left on Dormarion to Indian Trail, Sharon, around to Bridle Path and back to Exposition. Left on Exposition then quick right on to Bonnie all the way over to Scenic. Go left and follow LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans. Cross over to the south side onto Stratford. Go left and follow Stratford to Barton Springs, then go right on Barton Springs all the way to Lee Barton Drive. Take Lee Barton back over to the trail and do a mini-loop around the first half of Auditorium Shores then cross Lamar footbridge over to HQ.
22 Miles: Your map is here. You will track with your 20 mile pals above, and will diverge at Eposition. Go left on Exposition down to LAB, then take LAB back to Veterans, and cross under Mopac over to Stratford. Go left on Stratford and then left into Zilker (going backwards on our 1k/2k route) and follow all the way around to the entrance on Barton Springs. Left on Barton Springs, then a right on Azie Morton. Go up Azie Morton to Barton Hills and turn right on Barton Hills. You will continue out Barton Hills the church. Here you can turn back and take Barton Hills back to Azie Morton, down to Barton Springs. Go right on Barton Springs over to Lee Barton Drive. Take Lee Barton back over to the Pfluger bridge to the finish.

HERE ARE SUGGESTED LONG RUN WORKOUTS FOR RACES THAT ARE IN THE FUTURE. IF YOU’RE NOT CURRENTLY RACING, KEEP YOUR FITNESS BY ALTERNATING A LONGER LONG RUN AND A RECOVERY LONG RUN ON SUCCESSIVE WEEKENDS, DEPENDING ON YOUR CURRENT TRAINING LEVELS. (Ex: Alternate a 10-12 mile run with an 8-10 mile run).
· April 19-20th (Mountains2Beach, Boston, Carmel): 20-22 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last long run up to that 22 mile max.
· April 26th (Eugene): 20-22 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last long run up to that 22 mile max.
· May 3rd (OC, Vancouver, Charles River): 18-20 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last long run up to that 20 mile max.
· May 24th (Cape Town): 10-14 miles. Back off from last week.
