Workout Details
Start at Gazelles HQ and warm up 15 minutes
Do 4-5 sets of the following:
5 sets of 400 m @ 10K pace, 1 minute rest in between
400 m jog between sets.
Each set of 5 should be a little faster than the previous set of 5
