Start at Gazelles HQ and warm up to AHS track.
2-3 sets of the following:
- 1200m @ 10K Pace; 200m jog as rest 
- 800m @ 10K Pace; 200m jog as rest 
- 400m @ 10K Pace; 2 minute rest before next set
