Richmond Marathon: Recovery 45-60min
Las Vegas RNR Half Marathon: Recovery 45-60min
Shiner Half Marathon: 6-8 miles at HMGP
Philadelphia Marathon: 10 miles at MGP
San Antonio / St. Jude's (12/7) Half Marathon: 4-6 miles at HMGP
Dallas Marathon: 45-60 min Recovery
Houston / REVEL Kulia Marathons: 4 miles @ MGP

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
