5:30 AM: Meet at Gazelles and warm up to Zilker, soccer field side

7:00 AM: Meet at Gazelles and warm up to Zilker, soccer field side

5:30 PM: Meet at Gazelles and warm up to Zilker, soccer field side

YOUTH and HIGH SCHOOL GAZELLES:

High School Gazelles, 8:00 AM: Meet at Zilker, soccer field side for quality workout

MARATHON / HALF MARATHON EXCEPTIONS:

Sonoma- Napa Half: Recovery/Gym

King Salmon: Recovery/Gym

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
