Youth, 5:30 PM: Meet at Austin High for circuit training

BCS / Dallas / Honolulu: 3000 m @ MGP

Disney Marathon: Easy Run

3M / Houston / Phoenix RnR Half: 4-6 miles at HMGP

Houston: 8 miles at MGP

Austin: 4-6 miles at MGP

Austin Half: 3-4 miles at HMGP

Woodlands / Napa Valley Marathons: 4 miles @ MGP

Strength & Core: Cancelled this week, see you next week

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
