Intro to Strength and Core class (3/29)

Please be at Gazelles HQ ready to start class at 5:30 am. Bring a yoga mat and free weights (dumb-bells) if you have them. Free weights will be used for arm exercises, so 3 - 8 pound range is appropriate. You just need one set of 2 weights, same size.
