The Gazelle 5K/10K group is features two week-day workouts and a weekend run, we help devise a training schedule for your needs to help you have the most enjoyable experience under the eyes of former professional runner and renowned motivational speaker Gilbert Tuhabonye. Through a variety of workouts focusing on strength and speed, we help you learn how to "Run With Joy" and keep your body injury free!
