Below is a list of our free core / strength and yoga classes throughout the week. Each last approximately one hour and participants should bring water and a yoga mat. Please keep an eye on the core class calendar for locations.

Monday - 5:30 PM - Alex Pasadyn
This class is a core-focused, total body workout. Incorporating a circuit-style routine, the workouts feature compound exercises for the chest, back, and legs combined with medicine ball abdominal exercises. This class is ideal for improving total body strength! Come and get your week started off right!

Wednesday - 5:30 PM - Leslie Barclay
This is the "original" Gazelle Boot Camp class, now part of the core / strength classes. It starts with a full body workout with body weight and weights, followed by a medicine ball routine. If you don't try this challenging and fun class at least once you're only cheating yourself.

Friday - 5:30 AM - Richard Mendez
Start your Friday off early with many of your Gazelle friends. This class is one of the largest classes, if not the largest, even at 5:30 in the morning! Richard uses body weight and free weights for a core and upper body workout. This workout does only minimal leg work, if any, so your legs are strong and fresh for Saturday long runs. The second half of the class is a medicine ball workout. Don't cheat yourself, get up early and start your day off right!
