Beginner's Gazelles This class focus on mastering the running fundamentals required to kick start your running prowess. Gilbert's coaching staff will introduce drills and other techniques to put you on the fast track, focusing on the biomechanics, strength & endurance which form the basis for the Gazelles training program. Boot Camp Local Masters runner and experienced trainer Richard Mendez offers a demanding yet fun boot camp designed especially for runners and runners-to-be. Friendly Gazelles This training program focuses on the biomechanics, strength & endurance which form the basis for the Gazelles training program philosophies. Gilbert Tuhabonye believes that by transforming an athlete's biomechanics, running becomes a joy and the likelihood of injury is significantly limited. Gilbert brings his running and life experience to the training in an educational & inspiring format that stresses his love and commitment to the sport. 7:30 a.m. or 9:15 a.m. Monday and Wednesday

5K/10K Gazelles This training program is designed to help runners improve running form, strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility, while preparing for 5k and 10k races. The group meets three times a week Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, with a structured stretching session after each workout. Workouts include hills, circuit training, long and short interval training, tempo runs, fartlek, and long runs. 5:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday

Gilbert's Gazelles For the somewhat faster Gazelles, this program focuses on speed, strength & endurance. Currently, only the evening time slot of 5.30-6.30pm is available (unless given special permission to attend morning class at 5:45am). 5:45 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday

High School Gazelles Description 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and 8:00 a.m. Saturday First Wednesday of Every Month Coached by NCAA champion Bernard Manirakiza, runners will learn proper methods and mechanics during their training sessions, using the following techniques: speed enhancement, interval training, endurance training, agility drills, nutrition advice and more. Runners age 12-18 years old are welcome, though space is limited. $100/month Download
