Set your Tivo for some upcoming TV shows, don't forget about Boston, and some congratulations are in order.
First, a crew from CBN followed Gilbert around about a month ago, and "The 700 Club" will be airing that footage in a feature on December 6th.
Second, don't forget to tune in to NBC on December 9th from 3-5 p.m. to cheer on Desiree Ficker as she roars to a second place finish in the Ford Ironman World Championship.
Also, a reminder that the Boston Marathon training group begins next week. It's not too late to sign up.
Finally, congratulations go to Michael Strait for his win in the Shake a Leg 5K. I knew I should have signed up! D'oh.
